Early-access privacy notice

What you share

When you join early access, we collect your email, any optional name, company or phone number, your contact preferences and campaign source. We save your business snapshot only if you select the option to share it. Entering numbers in the calculator alone does not save them.

Homeowner service requests

If you request lawn care, we also save your property address, selected services, frequency, preferred date and access notes. We use these to review service availability and contact you about your inquiry. We do not charge you or create a confirmed booking. Any introduction to an independent provider is confirmed with you first. Please do not submit gate codes or sensitive access details.

How we use it

We use this information to manage early access, prepare launch invitations and understand the needs of lawn care owners. Product tips and offers are optional. Submitting this form does not create an account or authorize charges.

Site measurement

We record anonymous funnel actions, such as starting or completing the assessment, using Growth Lab and successfully saving a signup. These events use a random page-session identifier and campaign labels; they do not contain your email, phone or calculator values. No persistent tracking cookie is used. You can turn this measurement off below.

Local directory

You can search by ZIP code or choose to share your current location. Search coordinates are used to find nearby listings and are not stored in our application directory tables. Provider service availability must be confirmed. Featured listings are paid promotions labeled Sponsored.

Storage and spam controls

Early-access information is stored in our Supabase project and is not publicly readable. Our endpoint uses request validation and temporary hashed request identifiers for rate limiting. We do not store raw IP addresses in our lead or event tables. Our hosting and database providers may maintain operational logs.

Your choices

You can leave optional fields blank and decline additional marketing. You can opt out of future messages using the instructions included in those messages. We retain early-access records while preparing and managing the launch. This notice will be updated as account and payment services are introduced.
